WesTrac has launched a new website for its subsidiary business: FlexiParts™ & Mining Services. The website provides customers with an online inventory of parts and the facility to source a quick quote when selling surplus parts and excess machinery.
To make it easier for customers to shop for used parts, sell parts and enquire about tailored mining solutions, WesTrac has launched a new website for its subsidiary business: FlexiParts & Mining Services.
FlexiParts was established in 2013 to provide WesTrac customers with a flexible, reliable and cost-effective way of acquiring parts, in situations where buying new is not viable. Being a WesTrac business, FlexiParts is backed by the Cat dealership and the global Caterpillar network. The business provides a range of services that enable customers to:
At the core of the new website is an online parts inventory that customers can browse. If the customer finds the part they are looking for, they can choose to either buy it outright or exchange for it (depending on the part). If they can't find the part, they can contact the FlexiParts team who'll then leverage a global network to quickly source it, at a good price. Either way, the FlexiParts team will ensure the customer gets the part/s they need to get their machinery moving again.
The website also features a form enabling customers to receive a quick quote on surplus parts and excess machinery they want to get rid of. Upon filling out the form and attaching images of the parts/machinery, the FlexiParts team will either respond with a quote or, if there is machinery involved, arrange for a free inspection. FlexiParts is interested in making offers on all types of new and used parts, and machinery, both Cat brand and non-Cat brand.
Over the next few months, the website will be updated to feature regular news pieces and specials. Customers will be able to discover specials that will provide them with an even bigger discount on the parts and services they need to ensure their operation is running at maximum productivity.
